A Place for Millennial Women by Millennial Women
The Brave Millennial is an organization dedicated to supporting and promoting Millennial women in the American workplace.
By hosting a series of public events for Millennial women around the US, and by partnering directly with companies and employers to improve their performance with Millennial talent, we’re able to dive deeper into the conversation that supports our mission. We educate company leaders on age and gender bias, help them uncover how it impacts their employees, then create actionable solutions for eradicating it from their culture.
At our events, we not only build rapid trust, forge new relationships, take on tough topics, and have fun - we create lasting local communities of Millennial women from a variety of industries and backgrounds. Our goal is to twofold. We assist employers in the attraction, development, and rentention of top Millennial talent; and we inspire Millennial women to know their worth, advocate fiercely for themselves, and act bravely inside their own circles of influence.
LOS ANGELES | SEATTLE | ORLANDO | SILICON VALLEY
WASHINGTON D.C. | Dallas | AUSTIN | HOUSTON | NEW YORK
The Brave Millennial events are a space for Millennial women to connect with one another over shared experiences from diverse perspectives. Each participant is asked to take an anonymous survey prior to the event, with topics ranging from work/life integration to personal wellness, family, finance, social media, and beyond. Each city's session is designed around the feedback from the participants. Every event includes a half hour of networking at the top, then two hours of moderated and structured discussion, with wine and food along the way. Participants leave feeling empowered, understood, heard, and inspired.
